Returns

Please read our return policy below before starting the return process:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily issue a refund provided the following terms are met (excludes personalised items) : 
- Your order has been returned within 14 days from the date of delivery 
- Orders returned after 14 days and within 365 days will receive a credit note via a gift card link with a 12 month expiry date from the date of issue.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging 
- Tags must be attached 
- Please include your packing slip within your parcel or details of your order number to enable us to confirm the order you are returning 
- If you are returning footwear or fragile items please ensure the outer packaging is included 
- Please ensure any fragile items are returned in their protective packaging

The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee and a return label is not provided. We recommend using a trackable service when returning your items. Designer Baby will not accept liability for any lost return parcels.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. All discounts/offers will be taken into consideration when processing the refund/credit. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

Our standard delivery fee is only refunded when a full order is returned. If you have paid extra for next day or Saturday delivery, only the standard £3.95 delivery fee will be refunded when a full order is returned.

Personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

E-Gift cards are non-refundable. If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card/credit note we'll refund anything you paid for with your gift card/credit note first, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed on to your original payment card. E-gift cards & credit notes will expire after 12 months from the issue date.

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us at hello@designerbaby.co.uk with a photo and your order number. If applicable a return label will be provided. If you choose to return the item before contacting us we unfortunately cannot refund the postage you have paid for return.
