Delivery

In the instance where you have not received your order, but you have received a delivered notification, please contact our team. If we are informed shortly after you have received the notification, we can usually resolve this the same day. If DPD are unable to contact the driver, this will then escalate into an investigation which can take up to 5 working days to resolve. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or a replacement until this time has elapsed where an investigation has been raised. 

We always recommend to contact our team rather than DPD directly. DPD are unable to raise an investigation at a customers request and only from the retailers.

Our orders are sent with a signature required upon delivery. Unfortunately if you have requested to leave your parcel in a safe place and the parcel is not there, we are unable to refund or issue a replacement for your order. We will raise an investigation to confirm with DPD that the parcel was left in the safe place as requested. If this is confirmed, we would recommend to contact your local police department for further support. 

Orders

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link via email where you can track your order. If you have not received a tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order please contact a member of our team.

Please check your junk and spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email for your order. If you are still unable to locate your email please contact a member of our team who will look into this for you.

If your payment was declined please contact your card issuer for more details. If you have used Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy or any other payment provider to checkout, please contact them directly.

Provided your order has not been dispatched, we can assist in amending or cancelling your order. Unfortunately if your order has been collected you will need to follow our return policy to make these changes.

Where an order is flagged as "high risk" in our fraud analysis system, we require proof of identification to verify this purchase. This system is in place to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions and unfortunately, where the requested information is not provided, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have made an error with your shipping address. If you order has been dispatched, we can still amend this by contacting our courier. Please contact our team with your order number, incorrect address and the address you would like this amending to.

At present we do not offer a gift wrapping service. This is something we are currently working on so please do check our website for updates. We can issue a hand written gift note with your order and a gift receipt. These options are available on the cart page prior to checking out. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the discount amount if you have forgotten to enter your discount code. All discount codes must be applied when checking out. It is your responsibility to ensure the code has applied before completing your order. If you experience any difficulties when trying to apply a discount code, please contact a member of our team who will happily look into this for you.

Products

We do yes! Click here. Please note sizes vary across brands and sizes may also vary depending on the material used which can make choosing a size difficult. Our team are more than happy to measure a product to help with choosing the most suitable size for your baby. The majority of our brands do tend to come up smaller than average so please bear this in mind when shopping.

We are able to restock the majority of our products. Where these are available from our supplier, we aim to restock within 48 hours. With our seasonal stock (the majority of products in our new arrivals collection) it's unlikely we can restock as these are purchased in advance to the season. If you would like to receive a notification for when an item is restocked, please enter your email in the "email me when available" section on the product page. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the difference if a product has been reduced after purchase. 

Returns

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund (14 days for sale items) provided the following terms are met: 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. 
  • The returns form is completed and placed within your parcel. We are unable to process a refund without customer information enclosed with your return. 
  • If you are returning footwear, please ensure the additional outer packaging is used around the box as the box is part of the product. 
  • If you are returning a fragile product, please ensure all protective packaging is returned. 
  • Gift cards are non-refundable. 
  • The customer is responsible for the return postage payment. 

Orders returned after 28 days and within 365 days from the date of delivery will be refunded with a credit note.
